Descrição

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients • Drive business growth and lead a team of Relationship Managers • Conduct strategic planning and sales management • Manage revenue performance including forecasting and renewals • Leverage client feedback to improve satisfaction • Present business reviews and strategic recommendations to clients and leaders • Maintain awareness of market conditions and industry developments

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in sales/account management leadership • Experience leading client-facing teams • Experience managing revenue retention and growth • Proven track record of high renewal rates and customer satisfaction • Financial knowledge including revenue performance management • Experience using VOC insights for client experience improvement • Knowledge of Employer Services including Verifications, Unemployment, Employer Tax Services, WOTC, Onboarding, I9, Paperless Pay, W2, and ACA • Proficiency with CRM platforms and reporting tools
