• Own Orchid’s field marketing presence and full regional marketing motion • Plan and execute industry conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and cybersecurity and identity security events, including RSA, Gartner, and regional CISO forums • Design and run Orchid-hosted executive programs, including roundtables, dinners, workshops, and bespoke experiences • Build and run account-based field programs with regional sales representatives • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including vendors, venues, speakers, booth production, budgets, and on-site execution • Drive pre- and post-event engagement with demand generation and marketing operations • Track and report field marketing ROI, pipeline sourced and influenced, attendance, and account engagement • Partner with Product Marketing to maintain messaging consistency across field activities and regional sales tools • Collaborate on integrated campaigns combining field activity with digital and content programs • Report directly to the VP Marketing and work at the intersection of marketing and sales

🎯 Requisitos

• 4–6 years of field marketing or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology • Proven ability to plan and execute a regional event calendar from scratch, managing budget, logistics, and vendor relationships simultaneously • Strong partnership instincts with sales; understanding of pipeline and revenue • Experience running executive programs and intimate customer experiences • Hands-on experience with account-based field programs targeting specific high-value accounts • Data-driven mindset; ability to track pipeline contribution and improve program mix • Highly organized; ability to manage multiple events and programs simultaneously • Based on the East Coast • Willingness to travel regularly across the region and occasionally nationally • Experience in cybersecurity, identity security, IAM, or adjacent enterprise security markets • Familiarity with enterprise security buyers, including CISOs, IAM leads, and GRC teams • Early-stage startup experience building a field marketing function without an existing playbook • Experience with intent data and ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase • Existing relationships within the East Coast cybersecurity and enterprise IT community
