Descrição

• As a DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you are here to build and scale the FBG Sportsbook product across iOS, Android, and web platforms. The Director of Product will hire and lead a team of best-in-class product managers focused on creating unique and differentiated experiences for customers. • Own and be accountable to senior leadership for KPIs related to product and business objectives for the Sportsbook & Casino • Build and lead a team of product managers, and create career pathing opportunities for product manager team members • Work closely with Engineering, Data, and UI/UX teams to design and implement a best-in-class, intuitive, and scalable product from the ground-up - driven by data, user research, and competitive analysis • Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing the features that create customer-first experiences and drive our primary KPIs • Work cross-functionally across the Fanatics ecosystem to best utilize and incorporate Fanatics strategic assets into the FBG product • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings. • Salary range is USD; Salary Range: $180,000 to $210,000 (salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of progressive experience as a product leader and product manager, preferably in an B2C digital native app focused product organization • Preference to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly • Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and effectively work cross-functionally across different teams at FBG and the larger Fanatics organization • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex problems into product decisions and value propositions to senior leadership • Experience in scaling and managing product teams and owning the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to execution and deployment • Ability to collect and leverage customer data, user research, and competitive analysis at scale to inform decisions and the product roadmap • Strategy side • [Preferred] Passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment products that drives empathetic and thoughtful product decisions affecting customers • [Preferred] Experience building entertainment products for sports fans and/or gaming consumers or a deep understanding of real-money gaming products and the sports betting and online casino industry.
