A Feathery é uma plataforma de automação de fluxos de trabalho e documentos com foco em IA para serviços financeiros regulamentados. Ela oferece um construtor visual de formulários e fluxos de trabalho, modelos de documentos e assinaturas eletrônicas, inteligência de documentos e reuniões/áudio para extração de dados de alta precisão, fluxos de trabalho colaborativos e um editor white-label. O assistente de IA da Feathery (Robin) gera e implementa fluxos de trabalho a partir de prompts em linguagem natural, executa decisões e apresenta insights, além de conectar-se a mais de 150 integrações do setor. O produto é especialmente desenvolvido para gestão de patrimônio, seguradoras e corretores, de modo a automatizar processos de integração, avaliação de risco/intake de submissões, geração de propostas e apólices, processamento de sinistros e outros fluxos de trabalho regulamentados, atendendo aos requisitos de conformidade SOC 2 e HIPAA.

Descrição

• Own technical scoping, proof-of-concepts, and onboarding for key customers • Partner with customers to design and implement complex workflows on the Feathery platform • Guide customers through best practices for building scalable, maintainable solutions • Support deployments and ensure successful adoption across teams • Work with sales during the evaluation process to demonstrate technical capabilities • Translate customer requirements into tailored product solutions • Build demos and prototypes that showcase Feathery’s flexibility and power • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers • Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing insights and feature requests to product and engineering • Create technical content such as example applications, documentation, and guides • Help customers and internal teams better understand platform capabilities • Contribute to improving onboarding and implementation workflows • Help define best practices for solutions engineering at Feathery • Contribute to hiring and mentoring future team members • Improve internal processes, tooling, and playbooks as the team scales

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer success, or similar) • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in data-heavy or workflow-based systems • Strong working knowledge of JavaScript, including the ability to write and troubleshoot scripts and logic for customer implementations • Basic familiarity with Python (able to build/debug API's) • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment • Strong sense of ownership and desire to help customers succeed • Bonus: Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms or workflow automation tools • Bonus: Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms • Bonus: Experience supporting enterprise customers or complex implementations • Bonus: Background in financial services (insurance, wealth management, lending) • Bonus: Experience creating technical content (docs, demos, tutorials)
