Descrição

• Act as the primary marketing lead and project manager for Feathr Managed Services customers • Ensure successful execution of digital marketing campaigns using the Feathr platform • Collaborate with contracted Campaign Managers, external agencies, and internal teams to drive results • Provide strategic oversight and hands-on project management • Ensure customer marketing objectives are met and campaigns are delivered on time and on budget • Develop and oversee annual Feathr marketing plans aligned with customer goals, target audiences, and budgets • Use Planhat, Google Suite, and Salesforce to stay organized and meet deadlines • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding changes • Lead and delegate deliverables including design assets, campaign launches, and marketing performance reports • Work with Account Management and Customer Success to support retention and identify upsell opportunities • Share campaign observations and trends with internal teams and leadership • Stay current on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and the Feathr platform through meetings, research, and professional development • Report to the Team Manager on the Managed Services team

🎯 Requisitos

• 1+ years of experience in developing, managing, or planning marketing campaigns • 3+ years of experience in a full-time strategic customer-relationship management position • 1+ years of experience in account management or project management • Proficiency with software and digital marketing tools • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex digital marketing concepts and provide clear recommendations to customers • Skilled at assessing critical tasks and effectively delegating work to external team members • Ability to identify critical tasks that directly impact deadlines and campaign objectives • Ability to gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams • Ability to address challenges and adapt to evolving customer needs • Commitment to staying current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, leading to renewals and high levels of customer satisfaction • Ability to work ET/CT hours • Legally authorized to work within the U.S. • Reliable home office setup and experience successfully managing accounts without in-person oversight • Experience with tools such as Planhat, Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, Google Ads, or Meta Ads Manager
