Descrição

• Build customer orders promptly and accurately • Receive direction on assigned orders • Physically lift product cases and stack them on pallets • Select customer pallets while operating powered equipment, including double electric pallet jacks • Relocate product cases from pallet to pallet • Maintain competitive average throughput • Maintain aggressive quality and accuracy standards • Deploy and travel out of state within a 24-hour notice period • Work mandatory overtime and holidays, typically 6–7 days per week and 10+ hours per day • Promote and practice FHI’s safety values • Work in warehouse environments with extreme heat and cold temperatures • Handle 50–200+ pallets on a given day

🎯 Requisitos

• Must be available to deploy and travel out of state within a 24-hour notice period • At least one year of warehouse-environment experience as a selector operating powered equipment • Experience with electric pallet jacks and forklifts, including reach, clamp, and cherry pickers • Ability to understand order selection, container stacking, and product movement in a warehouse-distribution facility • Ability to hand-select orders in dry, cooler, and freezer environments • Ability to commit to a minimum of 6–8 weeks on every assignment • Steel or composite toe safety shoes required • Basic math skills • Ability to read, write, and speak English • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds in moderate to loud environments • Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive position and maintain constant alertness • Ability to work in temperatures from -20 to 110 degrees while wearing required protective equipment • Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat for most of the workday • Ability to handle cases weighing 25–80 pounds • Prior warehouse associate experience preferred • Vocollect, Talkman, Jennifer, or other voice-recognition equipment experience is a plus
