Descrição

• Define and execute a transformation roadmap aligned with global growth objectives and highly automated environments • Lead high-priority programs including Opportunity to Order, P2P Modernization, and Parkplace Transformation • Break down organizational silos and foster collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, IT, and Legal • Manage a Transformation project manager to deliver requirements and operational milestones • Map complex process flows, identify bottlenecks, and redesign workflows for efficiency and agility • Drive implementation of AI-driven solutions and self-service tools • Maximize ROI on the existing technology stack and recommend updates or enhancements • Use data-focused approaches to deliver meaningful business and user impact • Establish and monitor KPIs for transformation efforts • Facilitate final Go/No-Go sign-offs for major programs • Ensure readiness across UAT, data clean-up, and cutover plans • Partner with executive leadership on vision, strategy, and project status • Oversee change management, employee communications, and enablement efforts

🎯 Requisitos

• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in project management, strategy development, or business transformation • Preferably experience within a global technology or cybersecurity firm • Deep understanding of cybersecurity operations, IT, digital trends, change management, and strategic planning • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce/CPQ • Knowledge of AI capabilities • Experience with transformation tracking tools such as Jira • Highly effective data presentation and communication skills • Ability to influence executive leadership and technical teams • Experience motivating cross-functional teams • Experience managing external vendors or contract workers
