Descrição

• Own and ship high-impact features end-to-end, from technical design through production • Work directly with nurses, pharmacy partners, and internal operations to understand pain points and build solutions • Set a high technical bar through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on execution • Identify and drive technical initiatives around code quality, observability, and testing • Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete engineering plans and deliver them with minimal hand-holding • Collaborate across functions and communicate tradeoffs and timelines to non-technical stakeholders • Report directly to engineering leadership • Participate in the three-round hiring process, including an in-person interview in San Francisco

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer • Proficiency in Golang, the primary backend language • Experience with web services and REST API development • Comfort working in early-stage product environments where requirements evolve rapidly • Strong written and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively across engineering, ops, and customer-facing teams • Based in the US • Available to work on US hours • Experience working on marketplace products • Experience in frontend technologies • Familiarity with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes • Experience with data analysis and SQL • Background working on distributed teams • BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred) • Must be unable to require employer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment visa
