Descrição

• Build, enhance, and support applications for Store associates and Store Support Center users • Own full lifecycle delivery, including requirements, design, development, unit testing, QA support, and deployment • Use AI-assisted development to accelerate prototype-to-production delivery while applying testing, code review, security, scalability, and maintainability standards • Resolve user-reported issues in ServiceNow within SLA • Identify and escalate risks • Research and document upgrade recommendations • Mentor junior developers • Participate in code reviews • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions • Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development standards

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field • 5+ years of full-cycle software development experience • Advanced backend development in Java/Spring Boot • Hands-on use of modern Java (17/21 LTS) features, including virtual threads, records, sealed classes, and pattern matching • Database expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, including query writing, indexing, and query plan analysis for performance tuning • Strong grounding in microservices architecture and distributed systems design • Proficiency with REST APIs, SFTP file transfer, and pub-sub messaging (queues/topics) • Proven fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code • Ability to translate AI-generated prototypes and proofs-of-concept into secure, scalable, production-ready applications • Agile experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Frontend experience with React or Angular and TypeScript (preferred) • Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred) • CI/CD experience with Jenkins and container orchestration with Docker Swarm or Kubernetes (preferred) • Practical experience with Terraform and Dynatrace (preferred) • Ability to travel, including air and car travel, as required
