Descrição

• Collaborate with senior team members to assess and manage portfolio risk, ensuring alignment with organizational risk tolerance. • Provide reporting and analysis of pricing and profitability to senior management on the portfolio and pricing initiatives. • Assess potential impacts of new strategies on the current portfolio. • Continually monitor the performance data models and offer recommendations on policy changes related to data models. • Engage in exploratory initiatives to identify and develop new business strategies. • Work closely with senior team members to implement and execute strategic initiatives. • Identify and assess new data sources to help bolster the company’s underwriting and analytics’ capabilities.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically driven role (finance, analytics, consulting, etc.) • Familiarity with risk and pricing strategies preferred • Self-starter with drive to outperform and attention to detail • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with key contacts at all levels of the organization • Proficient in SQL, Tableau (or similar) • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested IF statements, etc.), PowerPoint, and related tools • Preferred: Python programming skills • Preferred: consumer or small business lending experience
