Descrição

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, implementation, and expansion projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Support • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations based on customer requirements • Coordinate internal technical resources, consultants, and customer stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies • Maintain clear and consistent status reporting for customers and internal teams • Serve as the primary customer point of contact during implementation • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering discussions • Communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented way • Manage customer expectations, scope, and priorities throughout projects • Create executive-level steering committee materials • Validate configured solutions against customer business needs and best practices • Collaborate with solution architects, technical consultants, and engineering teams to resolve blockers • Oversee data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing • Ensure projects follow established implementation methodologies and quality standards • Provide customer feedback and insights to Sales, Product, and Support • Partner with Sales and Digital Transformation on pre-sales scoping, estimating, and proposal development • Transition customers to Customer Success/Support with documented handoff notes • Contribute to implementation methodologies, templates, and playbooks • Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes • Deliver projects on time and on budget, support customer satisfaction and product adoption, reduce churn risk, and improve implementation efficiency

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–7+ years of project management experience, ideally within SaaS, software implementation, or IT services • Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, data migration, integrations, and cloud technologies • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks • Preferred: PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications • Prior experience working in a Professional Services or Customer Success organization preferred • Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping concepts preferred • Experience in enterprise SaaS software such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, security, or analytics preferred
