Descrição

• Learn and become proficient in the Synapse Select product line, including on-premise and cloud deployment methods and architecture • Assist in creating and executing manual software test cases for Verification and Validation protocols • Perform occasional exploratory functional testing and ticket issues found • Reproduce and document product defects and reported bugs in JIRA • Execute development-ticket and regression testing with clear documentation of test results • Correspond with Software and Template Engineering and provide feedback or facilitate additional information • Participate in contractor QA team calls to groom development tickets and increase product knowledge • Participate in automated testing team calls to review implementation of new test cases • Create and design forms required by the Medical Informatics Design Control Process • Assist the Medical Informatics documentation team with service manuals and product documentation • Assist Operations and Support with technical questions about the Synapse Select product line • Perform additional responsibilities as defined by management • Comply with applicable medical device regulatory, ISO 13485, legal, regulatory, and standards requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent work experience in a scientific or technical discipline • 0 to 2 years of experience in Software Development, Software QA or other related fields • Practical experience or knowledge about Software Development, testing, or Software QA • Basic knowledge of software medical devices, procedures, and terminology, including the DICOM standard and HL7 • Basic knowledge of AGILE Software development and software design controls • Experience with Microsoft® Word, Excel, Visio, and Access or equivalent software • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Detail oriented • Problem solving ability • Ability to multi-task • Highly organized • Usual office working conditions • Good manual dexterity • Ability to sit for extended periods • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds • Willingness to travel occasionally, up to 10% • Must comply with applicable U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements, ISO 13485 requirements, and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards • Must be willing to periodically test for COVID-19 and wear a face covering indoors as required, subject to applicable accommodations
