Descrição

• Owns, prioritizes, and maintains the product backlog, ensuring stories are ready for sprint planning • Acts as the primary contact for stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria • Defines and communicates the product roadmap, ensuring development aligns with business strategy and customer needs • Works with developers to clarify requirements, prioritize bugs, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., refinements, reviews) • Accepts completed work and ensures the product meets the Definition of Done and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Agile delivery • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business • Proficient with Agile management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, product life cycles, and user experience • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills • Additional qualifications include Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) preferred • Ability to understand technical constraints (e.g., APIs, system architecture)
