Descrição

• Lead optimization of AI-enabled SDLC practices across development teams • Leverage AI-assisted coding, code review, testing, documentation, and requirements refinement • Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices architectures • Implement microservices best practices including service isolation, fault tolerance, and API design • Lead SecDevOps implementation across the software development lifecycle • Automate deployment pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and security testing using Jenkins, Terraform, and SonarQube • Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud environments • Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency using services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams • Mentor junior developers, conduct reviews, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions • Integrate microservices with existing systems and third-party APIs • Ensure interoperability and compatibility across business ecosystem components and services • Implement security controls to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance • Support security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities and risks

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred • Proven track record of experiencing AI-enabled SDLC • Proven track record of devising and executing comprehensive technology roadmaps • Strong leadership skills and experience building and nurturing high-performing technology teams • Ability to lead or support organizational change initiatives and drive adoption • 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development • Java J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot frameworks, and API microservices architecture experience • Expertise implementing SecDevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Apache Maven, and JBoss Enterprise Application Platform • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management • Strong programming skills in Java • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing frameworks • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Visa sponsorship will not be provided • US citizenship is not required • Desired certifications: AWS Certified Generative AI Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect–Professional, Certified Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Architect
