Descrição

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for the Americas Accessories Product Service team • Offer direct technical support to global power plants equipped with GE Vernova equipment • Mentor the accessories team on accessory system related technical inquiries from customers and field engineers • Assist accessories team RCA leaders in complex root cause analysis investigations • Deliver GE Vernova technical guidance to customers through user conferences, webinars, and technical documents • Communicate technical details and business risks to internal stakeholders • Coach the team to enhance their communication skills continuously • Foster a strong safety culture by prioritizing safety risks and enhancing team awareness

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar • A minimum of 8 years of direct experience with GE/Alstom accessory and/or power plant systems • Comfort with tackling unfamiliar technical problems • Willingness to mentor engineers in applying problem-solving methods under pressure • Strong communication skills across all levels, including field engineers, site engineers, plant managers, and GE Vernova leadership • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities across multiple projects • A humble, open, collaborative, and continuously learning approach • Willingness to travel to customer sites to support issue resolution when necessary
