Descrição

• Lead a portfolio of projects and programs for U.S. utilities supporting grid modernization • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development for project managers • Work closely with utility customers • Take ownership of portfolio performance for safety, quality, and schedule adherence • Establish and maintain rigorous portfolio governance • Work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams • Oversee contract administration and change management • Ensure compliance with all safety, technical, quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field from an accredited college or university • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading utility, transmission, distribution, substation, network infrastructure, or high-voltage EPC projects • Proven success leading client-focused project organizations • Demonstrated management experience, including leading teams and coaching project managers • Strong knowledge of project execution, portfolio governance, forecasting, and contract management • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship • Availability and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
