Descrição

• Sell research products within a defined territory • Take ownership of the territory and build and sustain strong customer relationships • Manage territory pricing to achieve financial targets • Make independent decisions while leveraging available resources to fulfill customer needs • Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams • Monitor competitor and industry activity • Stay updated on new products, services, and relevant customer information and integrate findings into the business plan • Log customer interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activity accurately and promptly in Salesforce • Provide customers with updates on supply and price trends • Support customers with inventory management and planning through consultative guidance • Conduct virtual demos and sales presentations using Teams and Zoom • Represent Genesee Scientific positively and professionally during customer interactions • Report to the Regional Sales Director

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant science field or equivalent experience • 3+ years sales or research laboratory industry, or lab experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Proven ability to effectively deliver sales and marketing information that influences customer decision-making • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfort conducting virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations via Zoom and Teams • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools for data management and reporting • Strong work ethic and ability to excel within a rapidly changing and growing organization • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities • Ability to lift promotional materials and product displays up to 25 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during customer visits, trade shows, and tabletop events • Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% within the territory, primarily by car, with occasional overnight travel • Air travel required for regional and national trade shows, customer visits outside driving distance, and company meetings • Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug test
