Descrição

• Develo is a freshly-funded startup aiming to advance pediatric health by building cloud-native SaaS for healthcare providers and their patients & families. • As a founding engineer at a high-growth startup, you will have ownership and influence over many areas including the technological stack, engineering organization, and product roadmap. • You will be part of an early team of passionate high-achievers, working closely with the CEO, CTO, and stakeholders such as physicians, patients, and investors to bring Develo’s mission to life. • This position is 100% remote with quarterly off-sites.

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of development experience working on full stack application development in relevant languages, frameworks, and database schemes • Strong communication skills coupled with work ethic, grit, integrity, and passion • Experience building and maintaining composable component and style libraries • Experience designing systems from scratch, taking them from 0 - 1, and scaling them • Experience orchestrating, maintaining, migrating systems in the cloud • Experience interviewing and hiring senior engineers • Experience working in healthcare technology or with healthcare data is a plus • Start-up experience is a plus
