Descrição

• Support the Project Director in planning and executing contracts for the design and construction of new nuclear power plants • Manage project quality, cost, and schedule execution processes • Support project administration and configuration management of project documentation • Ensure on-time project delivery, profit and loss accountability, and customer satisfaction • Organize project cost structure in Oracle ERP • Participate in and coordinate customer, internal, and supplier project kickoff meetings • Develop and maintain project roster and monitor completion of project-related training • Support development and issuance of the Project Management Plan, related project plans, and procedures • Promote implementation of project plans and procedures across the project team • Support development and deployment of project infrastructure and tools • Ensure compliance with U.S. government requirements as applicable • Coordinate project activities and monitor and control progress on deliverables • Ensure deliverables conform to contract and project requirements • Organize and archive project correspondence and records according to the Project Configuration Management Plan • Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and progress reports • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 2 years managing projects • Nuclear project experience preferred; experience in energy or other large-scale projects accepted • Ability to travel up to 25% • Access to U.S. export-controlled information may require authorization from the U.S. Government • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Organizational skills related to project execution • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM preferred • Fundamental-level financial or accounting knowledge • Experience or familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs • Knowledge of the power industry, customer, and competitive environment • Ability to support project budget, schedule, and quality objectives • Financial control knowledge and understanding • Professional interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to take initiative and work independently • Ability to influence others • Extreme attention to detail and strong follow-up • Ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Strong process orientation • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Six Sigma Training (BB, DFSS, etc.) for GE Employees only • Strong oral and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
