Descrição

• Perform turnkey installation and service work on transformer monitoring equipment • Install and terminate electrical conduit, stainless-steel tubing, power and communication cabling, and hardware • Manage installation projects and coordinate with customer contacts and internal GE Sales and Service teams • Troubleshoot and perform fault finding to Printed Circuit Board level • Liaise with customers during job planning, execution, follow-up, and sales support • Conduct field work in compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations and employee safety practices • Serve as the primary technical resource for onsite work and resolve engineering and product issues • Provide technical direction to skilled labor on customer sites and equipment • Provide installation and service direction onsite and remotely, including repairs, replacements, and rebuilds • Provide timely, accurate, and professional internal and external reports • Audit and implement quality-control requirements for onsite repairs and upgrades according to Engineering and Product Department standards

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of Field Services and Maintenance experience • Minimum of 2 years of advanced experience in Services & On-Site Services • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Ability to perform troubleshooting and fault finding to Printed Circuit Board level • Ability to conduct field work in compliance with applicable EHS regulations and safety practices • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
