Descrição

• Oversee the full lifecycle of on-site project delivery • Direct civil, mechanical erection, and commissioning activities • Manage site resources, schedules, and stakeholder expectations • Act as the primary site authority • Manage departmental operations with technical precision and focus on project milestones • Ensure work aligns with project goals and corporate safety standards • Lead the site team and manage execution of the project scope of work • Manage multiple sites when required • Ensure schedule, quality, and cost comply with contractual obligations, company policy, and local regulations • Manage staffing and performance development • Meet defined EHS targets • Ensure quality of work, documentation, and reporting • Deliver projects on time • Ensure availability of materials, resources, and workmanship • Maintain client site team satisfaction • Coordinate night-shift site management with the lead site manager when assigned • Report quality issues and non-conformities • Lead, motivate, and empower staff • Perform shaft line alignment, bearing settings, mechanical measurements, and on-site machining • Read and interpret manuals, drawings, plans, and specifications • Analyze and resolve problems • Prepare offers, cost estimates, and mobilization plans from home between site assignments

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and 7 years of relevant experience OR a high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of prior hydro/generation experience in a supervisor capacity • Ability and willingness to travel up to 90% • Respect all safety instructions detailed in the site EHS plan • Report quality issues and non-conformities and ensure the site quality plan is respected • Ability to lead, motivate, and empower staff • Excellent communication skills • Skilled duties involving shaft line alignment, bearing settings, mechanical precision tools and measurements, and setting on-site machining tools • Ability to read and understand manuals, drawings, plans, and specifications • Clear and concise oral and written communication • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Problem-solving capability • Ability to work under pressure • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Excellent computer skills and MS Office knowledge • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
