Descrição

• Provide on-site technical direction to customer-owned utility and nuclear power plants for turbine generator systems • Review plant engineering documents, P&IDs, manufacturing drawings, and schematic drawings • Troubleshoot plant systems and equipment • Plan, organize, integrate, and direct labor, tools, materials, and other resources to complete contractual work scopes • Safely perform maintenance and repair of power generation equipment • Fulfill contract responsibilities for Steam Turbine Mechanical and Generator skill sets • Direct and oversee repair or inspection procedures using electronic communication, references, and documentation technologies • Recognize, predict, and document potential failures and future outage recommendations • Participate as a Service Team member dedicated to safety metrics • Conduct pre-outage planning and recommend, administer, and oversee policies, procedures, and projects within the TFA's core competency • Support warranty administration and troubleshoot issues • Support business needs when not on field assignment • Travel as required by field assignments and work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required • Obtain and maintain unescorted security access to nuclear facilities across North America

🎯 Requisitos

• Technical/university degree or qualifying experience, or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of Field Services experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas or power plant maintenance, turbine generator maintenance, or power plant equipment installation/commissioning • 3+ years of progressive, responsible experience with various turbine generator equipment and site accountabilities • Ability and willingness to travel 80% across North America • Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted security access to nuclear facilities across North America • Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments • Working knowledge of prints, manufacturing drawings, P&IDs, and schematic drawings • Hands-on experience with steam turbine maintenance; experience with GE, Alstom, Siemens, or other OEM equipment preferred • Working knowledge and application of EHS rules • Good organizational and project management skills • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage customer relationships concerning technical and contractual aspects • Ability to follow GE Vernova QA manual and procedures • Good business acumen and ability to sell GE products to customers • Must be physically able to walk 5 miles per day, climb ladders, and lift 20 lbs. • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
