Descrição

• Provide on-site technical direction to customer-owned utility and nuclear power plants for turbine generator systems • Review plant engineering documents and P&IDs • Troubleshoot plant systems and equipment • Plan, organize, integrate, and direct labor, tools, materials, and other resources to complete contractual work scopes • Safely perform maintenance and repairs on power-generation equipment • Fulfill contract responsibilities for Steam Turbine Mechanical and Generator skill sets • Direct and oversee repair or inspection procedures using electronic communication, references, and documentation technologies • Recognize, predict, and document potential failures and future outage recommendations • Participate as a Service Team member dedicated to safety metrics • Perform pre-outage planning and recommend, administer, execute, and oversee projects within the TFA’s core competency • Support warranty administration and troubleshoot issues • Support business needs when not on field assignment • Communicate effectively with headquarters through company e-tools • Follow quality aspects according to GE Vernova QA manuals and procedures • Travel and work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments

🎯 Requisitos

• Technical/University degree or qualifying experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Field Services role • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas or power plant maintenance, turbine generator maintenance, or power plant equipment installation/commissioning • 3+ years of demonstrated progressive, responsible experience with various turbine generator equipment and site accountabilities • Ability and willingness to travel 80% across North America, including Canada, United States, and Mexico • Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted security access to nuclear facilities across North America • Must be physically able to walk 5 miles per day, climb ladders, and lift 20 lbs. • Willingness and ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments • Working knowledge of manufacturing drawings, P&IDs, and schematic drawings • Hands-on experience with GE, Alstom, Siemens, or other OEM steam turbine maintenance preferred • Working knowledge and application of EHS rules • Good organizational and project management skills • Effective oral and written communication skills • Ability to use company electronic tools • Good business acumen and ability to sell GE products to customers • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
