Descrição

• Solve complex customer experience problems across multiple frontend surfaces and user journeys • Design and evolve frontend frameworks, components, and services powering app and web features • Design and implement scalable frontend architecture and patterns • Define and influence coding standards and best practices • Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and frontend developer workflows • Write unit tests and improve existing test coverage • Create and participate in code reviews • Evaluate and introduce technologies and frameworks through proofs of concept and impact analysis • Lead complex feature development from concept through launch • Collaborate with backend engineers to design APIs supporting frontend features • Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing • Translate ambiguous product requirements into scalable technical solutions with cross-functional partners • Support appropriate security controls and adhere to GoodRx security policies and procedures

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of software development experience delivering products at web scale • Experience with React, TypeScript, and state management patterns such as Context or Redux • Experience integrating with GraphQL and REST APIs • Experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering, static site generation, and performance optimization • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, accessibility, and web standards • Ability to integrate third-party SDKs and APIs • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to engineering culture • Effective remote collaboration skills with distributed teams • Ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Interpersonal communication skills and ability to distill complicated topics to broader audiences • Experience with complex systems where performance, scalability, and reliability are critical • Engineering security-controls knowledge and adherence to security policies and procedures • Preferred: experience with Contentful or other content management systems • Preferred: experience with Datadog, Sentry, New Relic, or similar observability tools • Preferred: experience contributing to full-stack or cross-platform web and mobile applications
