Descrição

• Own the incoming request queue and triage all L1/L2 Data Desk tickets • Categorize requests across Logic, Exports, Ops, and Finance and route them to the appropriate pod lead or analyst • Monitor queue SLA performance and surface blockers before breaches • Maintain and refine the triage playbook as request patterns evolve • Identify repeat requests for automation • Scope, design, and ship self-service dashboards and automated data pipelines with Pod Leads • Coordinate with Analytics Engineering to ensure automated outputs meet data quality and governance standards • Perform 100% of entry-level analyst code reviews • Review SQL, LookML, and dashboard logic for correctness, performance, and alignment with the Sun King Data Standard • Run daily stand-ups and conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports • Onboard new Freshers into Data Desk processes, tooling, and quality standards • Represent the Data Desk in cross-functional ceremonies when the Head of Data Ops is unavailable

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline • 4–9 years of experience in a data, analytics, or data operations function • At least 1–2 years with direct responsibility for reviewing, mentoring, or managing junior data analysts • Track record of translating recurring manual work into automated or self-service solutions • Strong hands-on SQL skills • Working knowledge of LookML or equivalent BI layer logic, including Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase • Familiarity with AWS-based data environments
