Descrição

• Provide managerial and technical oversight to one or more cross-functional engineering teams, including: • Provide performance coaching and technical coordination • Requirement clarification • Identify development best practices • Validate work accuracy and adherence to compliance controls • Identify training needs and talent development opportunities • Inter and cross-teams dependency coordination • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements • Collaborate with scrum master to deliver projects on time and within budget • Participate in release planning meetings

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role in an Agile environment • Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems • Effective communication skills for overseeing engineers and working with other management personnel. • Effective communications to achieve team and business objectives • Detail-oriented for understanding complex systems and the ability to pay attention to details • Broad technical knowledge across relevant cross-functional tech domains – Front-end (Angular/Typescript), Backend (Kotlin), QA and QA automations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven track record of delivering fast-paced complex features/products • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization teams to assemble project plans, secure commitments on deliverables, and lead the resolution of blocking issues • People management experience, managing engineers • Demonstrated passion for understanding ambiguous, complex problems and driving high-quality, innovative, and robust solutions. • Experience architecting and designing (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) new and existing systems • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent)
