Descrição

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products, including strategy, roadmap, feature definition, and execution • Serve as a bridge between behavioral health and/or absence management operations, sales, customer success, and technology teams • Act as a product thought leader for the business unit • Own and manage the product backlog, including writing stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing, and unblocking the team • Synthesize market needs into product requirements and align leadership on roadmap prioritization • Adopt AI for research, requirements, and prototyping • Support market research, due diligence, and strategic assessment of product partnerships • Lead workshops and cross-functional exercises to explore product opportunities • Own the product roadmap and execute it with cross-functional teams • Articulate product vision and inspire cross-functional teams • Enable customer-facing teams with product knowledge and direction • Engage with customers and provide product thought leadership supporting product development, customer success, and business development • Mentor and foster best practices within the Product Management team • Enable highest-leverage work for yourself and others • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requisitos

• 5+ years of experience in product management • Deep technical acumen and demonstrated ability partnering with Engineering • Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross-functional teams • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving • Experience working in an Agile development environment • Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence and a collaborative working style • Consistent and reliable high-speed internet • Workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
