Descrição

• Lead EUR's digital modernization initiatives by transforming manual processes into automated, scalable business solutions • Architect and optimize SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Salesforce solutions • Improve collaboration, document management, and business operations • Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, and enterprise integrations • Streamline workflows and reduce administrative effort • Develop executive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce • Support data-driven decision-making • Develop technical requirements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance • Provide technical leadership, solution oversight, and mentorship • Ensure high-quality, secure, and sustainable solutions

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum of SIX (6) years of progressively responsible experience designing, implementing, and leading enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 • Selected candidate must be able to travel to client site as needed (up to 50%) • Demonstrated experience serving in a technical lead, solution architect, or similar leadership role • Experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows • Experience integrating enterprise systems such as Salesforce • Experience building dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools • Experience leading technical projects • Experience developing technical requirements or Statements of Work (SOWs) • Experience managing solution delivery • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions and recommendations to technical teams and executive leadership • Active Secret security clearance required • Ability to work standard Eastern Time (ET) business hours • Experience with Dataverse, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or Azure integration services • Experience with enterprise information architecture, data governance, and records management • Experience supporting large enterprise digital transformation initiatives • Experience mentoring technical teams and establishing development standards and best practices
