Descrição

• Carry two in-flight programs across the finish line: RCon (SWANA) and the Hero Summit user conference • Own day-to-day logistics for tradeshows and regional events, including booths, swag, hotels, shipping, and on-site setup • Finalize RCon design, coordinate pre-show outreach, manage on-site logistics, and complete post-show follow-up • Manage Hero Summit registration and attendee outreach, agenda logistics, vendors, on-site execution, and connected offsite programming • Ensure sales teams are prepared and supported at events • Coordinate vendors and internal teams to deliver consistent, professional event experiences • Travel to several key industry events annually • Own planning and management of the annual tradeshow calendar and budget, including projections and reconciliation • Track leads, opportunities, and pipeline influenced by events • Partner with sales and demand generation on post-event follow-up and reporting • Identify which events perform best and where to focus future spend • Support regional meetups and additional field marketing initiatives • Report to the Head of Marketing as an individual contributor

🎯 Requisitos

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or B2B marketing • Experience supporting tradeshows and regional events • Comfortable inheriting programs mid-flight and getting up to speed quickly • Experience directing contractors, agencies, or vendors toward a fixed deadline • Comfortable working closely with sales teams • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Familiarity with HubSpot and project management tools • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10–15% for industry events, including occasional multi-day trips • SaaS or vertical SaaS experience preferred • Experience running a customer or user conference preferred • Experience tracking event impact on pipeline preferred • Industrial, logistics, or operational B2B background preferred • Direct ownership of tradeshow or regional-event execution, including planning, logistics, and on-site execution • Partnership with sales teams around events, including pre-event planning and post-event follow-up • Direct management of external vendors, agencies, or contractors to deliver events against fixed deadlines
