Descrição

• Own the design, delivery, and operation of high-quality full-stack features and systems, emphasizing scalable APIs • Build robust health insurance platforms and apply AI/ML to enhance processes and decision-making • Iterate and ship quickly, treating releases as opportunities to learn • Build and evolve enrollment, CRM, and tracking tools for carriers, agents, and consumers • Create roadmap items and platform commitments supporting new business opportunities • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teammates in a collaborative pod • Improve code quality, scalability, and agility across the codebase • Operate in a DevOps culture with multiple daily value deliveries • Address security, observability, and telemetry proactively • Learn quickly, solve complex problems, and navigate evolving priorities • Report to an Engineering Manager

🎯 Requisitos

• 8+ years of experience for the Senior Product Engineer role • Full software development lifecycle experience, including post-launch feature support in agile/lean environments • Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar backend frameworks • Experience with ReactJS or similar frontend frameworks • Experience with SQL, relational data modeling, and reusable components • Experience building distributed systems at scale • Understanding of infrastructure as code • Expertise building developer-friendly APIs • Knowledge of observability and telemetry • Product-minded approach focused on user perspectives • Ability to adapt to and effectively apply new technologies • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
