Descrição

• Own paid advertising campaigns for a boutique performance marketing agency specializing in patient acquisition for health clinics and local businesses across the US • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram • Manage local, geo-targeted campaigns for health clinic clients, including tight-radius targeting and spend control • Follow established SOPs for campaign setup, testing, and reporting across accounts • Test messaging angles and creative iterations and document results • Track campaign performance, flag issues early, and report results clearly to the internal team • Write structured briefs for UGC creators based on campaign strategy and offer positioning • Produce simple static image ads using Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude • Ensure creative output complies with platform policies and health-related advertising requirements • Monitor performance daily and identify optimization opportunities and risks • Maintain accurate records of campaign settings, targeting parameters, and test results • Communicate account status and performance clearly with internal stakeholders • Participate in the agency's application, assessment, interview, reference-check, and client-interview process

🎯 Requisitos

• Proven experience running Meta ad campaigns with budgets in the range of $50,000 to $250,000 per month • Local business or lead generation background; ecommerce-only experience is not a fit • Health-related or clinic marketing experience strongly preferred • Comfortable working from SOPs and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ideally from a marketing agency background • Proficient with AI tools for basic creative production, including image generation and prompt writing • Detail-oriented and rigorous about double-checking targeting, settings, and compliance before launching campaigns • Strong written English communication skills with a clear and proactive reporting style • Self-directed critical thinker who identifies problems and brings solutions • Experience advertising for stem cell, medical, wellness, or regenerative medicine clinics is nice to have • Familiarity with CRO or funnel optimization in a lead generation context is nice to have • Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads alongside Meta is nice to have • Basic creative skills such as video editing or creative concepting are nice to have • Updated resume, portfolio link or campaign examples, and a 1–2 minute Loom video required for application • Shortlisted candidates must complete a short homework assignment • Must overlap with US business hours for 4–5 hours daily
