Descrição

• Identify Logistics process improvement opportunities through competitive analysis and critical thinking • Support and/or lead cross-functional strategic or process improvement projects • Develop business tools and solutions based on knowledge, products, or technology • Review and recommend system/software enhancements • Develop reports and run ad hoc queries • Identify and develop business rules and standard operating procedures to streamline operating processes • Develop and maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models • Provide facility and capacity planning analysis for distribution and transportation functions • Conduct time studies, rate analysis, network analysis, statistical analysis, flow path analysis, and supply chain analysis • Develop metrics and key performance indicators for assigned business units • Report to the Manager, Logistics; no direct responsibility for supervising others

🎯 Requisitos

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Minimum education: bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field related to the job • Minimum 2 years of work experience • Industrial Engineering Degree or other related Engineering Degree • Experience with Six Sigma or other Process Improvement Methodology • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word and Visio • Advanced skills in Minitab, Access, SQL, Visual Basic, Visio, Project, and specialized software dependent upon position • Project Management Skills • Advanced Data Modeling Skills • Finance/CBA/Capital Budget Experience • No leadership experience required • Must be self-starter, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills • Ability to work well with a team and interact with multiple levels and functions within the Global Logistics organization
