Descrição

• Lead a team of engineers building and designing customer- and associate-focused products • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain production software • Create functional, destructive, and other test suites to support rapid deployment • Assist with product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring • Contribute reusable foundational code elements, architectural diagrams, and product documentation • Collaborate with product teams to ensure user stories are developer-ready, understandable, and testable • Participate in agile processes and collaborate with diverse team members • Answer questions from product and engineering teams • Mentor junior engineers on modern software development frameworks and lead technical discussions • Identify team gaps and suggest changes to improve productivity • Support technical roadmaps, work estimation, refactoring, and modernization of legacy systems

🎯 Requisitos

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field, or equivalent qualification • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code • Ability to evaluate AI-generated output quality • Experience authoring or maintaining agent instruction layers, repository-level AI context files, or equivalent intent artifacts • Experience mentoring engineers on responsible AI tool usage and recognizing limitations of AI-generated code • Experience with security frameworks for user and service authorization and authentication • Experience creating and executing unit, functional, destructive, and performance tests • Experience with modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques • Experience with version control systems • Experience designing systems for high availability, disaster recovery, performance, efficiency, and security • Exposure to technical roadmaps, work estimation, refactoring, and modernization of legacy systems • No additional years of work experience required • No certifications required
