Descrição

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings like Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage • Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits • Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market by becoming a valued resource in your community • Engage with customers through a mix of in-person, virtual, and phone interactions

🎯 Requisitos

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain • Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community • Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions • Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting at least 25/25/10 coverage limits (or higher) • Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License (preferred) • Prior experience selling Medicare products (preferred) • Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups (preferred) • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (preferred) • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages (preferred)
