Descrição

• Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for Humana’s medical benefits products and services • Create human-centered solutions aligned with business objectives • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and research partners • Identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions addressing member needs • Use user research, usability testing, analytics, and member feedback to inform design decisions • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs • Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and design best practices • Partner with Product and Design teams to ensure consistency across the member journey • Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders • Incorporate feedback and build alignment across teams • Contribute to collaboration, experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement • Support design systems, pattern libraries, and scalable design standards • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in product design • Portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product outcomes • Experience designing complex user experiences and end-to-end customer journeys • Experience preferably within healthcare, insurance, or similarly regulated industries • Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma • Understanding of user research methodologies • Experience translating research insights into effective design solutions • Experience collaborating with product management, engineering, research, and business stakeholders • Strong communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution • Demonstrated success using design to improve business and customer outcomes • Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect PHI/HIPAA information
