Descrição

• Support development and implementation of consumer segment strategies that drive growth and retention while optimizing member experience and outcomes • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to frame business questions, conduct analyses, and recommend solutions • Answer strategic business questions arising during the annual product/sales cycle across product design, plan footprint, marketing and sales performance, membership analytics, and customer/provider satisfaction • Proactively identify new consumer insights • Create business cases supporting new pilots and initiatives addressing critical unmet consumer needs • Serve as a strategic and operational product manager for projects, consumer segments, and innovative pilots • Manage analyses and workstreams involving Marketing, Sales, Digital, and other go-to-market efforts • Conduct industry and market analysis related to growth and competition • Translate analyses into insights informing growth and product strategy • Create and own executive-level presentations and communications • Provide key deliverable updates and escalations • Explore innovative new pilots • Deepen insights through quantitative and qualitative consumer research • Simplify and enhance consumer and agent experiences • Develop a Medicare Advantage product framework providing leaders with portfolio- and plan-level performance analysis

🎯 Requisitos

• 7+ years of full-time relevant strategic work experience, ideally post-MBA • Previous strategy experience in a healthcare or management consulting organization • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills • Ability to build trust and credibility with senior business leaders and influence enterprise decision-making • Experience leading complex, strategic initiatives in a large matrixed organization • Superior problem-solving skills • Ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analyses to drive actionable insights • Experience leveraging consumer insights to design and implement new products, services, or solutions • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering engaging, informative executive-level presentations • Highly collaborative and adaptable • Ability to lead through ambiguity in a dynamic environment • Prior healthcare industry experience, preferably in the managed care or provider sector • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps for home internet • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
