Descrição

• Lead a team of 8–10 engineers building e-commerce, growth marketing, and consumer apps • Coordinate, grow, and empower direct reports and other team members • Hire high-quality engineering talent and develop the team • Mentor, train, and manage engineer performance • Build high-scale systems focused on reliability, scalability, and business needs • Contribute to software development, including architecture, design, quality, implementation, and engineering culture • Utilize AI software development advances to improve delivery of business value • Partner with product managers to shape priorities, plan initiatives, and align technical execution with business goals • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure meaningful value delivery • Unblock the team through direct and indirect contribution • Develop broad business understanding and identify opportunities for greater team impact • Collaborate with product managers and operations teams • Drive continuous improvement in processes and standards • Contribute directly to the codebase as needed

🎯 Requisitos

• At least 2+ years of experience as a technical leader and people manager • Extensive professional experience, recommended 10+ years • Demonstrated success delivering SaaS, E-Commerce, or consumer-facing web applications/APIs • Deep experience with distributed systems, cloud environments (Azure preferred), and modern architectures • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including C#, Azure, and SQL Server • Experience with React, Bootstrap, Vue.js, and other front-end frameworks • Experience with Queues, Caches, CDN’s, and other technologies used for building scalable web applications • Experience with SQL Azure, Azure Service Bus Queues, and Redis Cache • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
