Descrição
• Plan and manage the weekly content calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, long-form YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and newsletters • Lead and direct weekly filming sessions, including scripting ideas and shot planning • Repurpose transcripts, calls, podcasts, and videos into engaging social-first content • Edit short-form video content using CapCut, Edits, or similar tools • Coordinate with freelance editors for long-form YouTube production • Write and distribute weekly newsletters through platforms like Beehiiv, ConvertKit, or Substack • Schedule and publish content across all social channels • Optimize thumbnails, captions, hooks, titles, and metadata for engagement and reach • Monitor content performance and iterate based on analytics and trends • Engage with comments and DMs on behalf of the founder when appropriate • Utilize AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for ideation, repurposing, and workflow efficiency • Help improve and maintain AI-assisted content systems and workflows
🎯 Requisitos
• 3+ years of experience managing content or social media for a founder, creator, agency, or operator-led brand • Strong understanding of short-form content trends across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X • Excellent writing skills for LinkedIn posts, Twitter/X threads, and newsletters • Hands-on short-form editing experience using CapCut, Edits, or similar software • Comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT daily • Highly organized and self-managed with strong execution ability • Familiarity with DTC, agency, creator economy, or operator-led content ecosystems • Experience growing a creator/founder audience is highly preferred • Basic understanding of content analytics and platform performance metrics • Experience helping a creator or founder surpass 10K YouTube subscribers or 50K+ followers on a platform • Newsletter growth and management experience • Thumbnail design skills in Figma or Photoshop • Direct-response copywriting or growth marketing background • Experience with AI workflows, Claude Code, Make, or n8n
