Descrição

• Review founder calls and raw transcripts to extract key insights • Transform founder expertise into short-form blogs, LinkedIn posts, image teasers, and short-form video scripts • Set up and maintain Slack, FeedHive, and Castmagic workflows • Ensure content is reviewed, approved, and scheduled seamlessly • Act as the primary operational contact for founders to gather approvals and feedback • Manage social media technology, posting schedules, and light community management • Oversee and optimize LinkedIn outreach and posting automation • Manage the email marketing pipeline, including list curation, template management in GoHighLevel, and outbound sequences • Assist with setup and monitoring of basic ad spend to amplify top-performing content

🎯 Requisitos

• Experience building email funnels and CRM workflows within GoHighLevel • Proven track record of setting up and running marketing/social content pipelines for B2B SaaS or professional services • Ability to use AI tools for efficiency while maintaining high-quality human oversight and a professional tone • Exceptional diligence and attention to detail; creates processes rather than just following them • Highly proficient in Salesforce and Slack • Exceptional English communication skills with a friendly professional demeanor for founder-facing interactions • Ability to identify what will perform best on social platforms • Experience with FeedHive, Castmagic, and Apollo • Experience with paid social ads and A/B testing • Basic video editing or design skills • Interest in connecting marketing efforts to direct revenue generation and sales performance
