Descrição

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant channels. • Manage advertising budgets while maximizing ROAS and controlling acquisition costs. • Monitor key performance metrics including CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROAS. • Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation. • Develop and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies. • Identify winning campaigns and scale budgets while maintaining performance. • Collaborate with creative, marketing, sales, and client-facing teams to improve campaign results. • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities for growth. • Prepare performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. • Stay current with advertising platform changes, emerging paid media strategies, and industry best practices.

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of professional media buying or performance marketing experience. • Proven experience independently managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. • Strong knowledge of at least one major advertising platform, such as Meta Ads or Google Ads. • Demonstrable experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and improving campaign performance. • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, funnels, and performance marketing metrics. • Experience with campaign testing, optimization, and scaling. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working with reporting and analytics tools. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and take ownership of results. • Experience working with international clients, startups, agencies, or high-growth companies is a plus.
