Descrição

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, and developer handoff. • Translate product requirements and business objectives into intuitive, user-centered experiences. • Create polished interfaces for responsive web and/or mobile products. • Develop user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs. • Build and maintain reusable components, design systems, and UI libraries in Figma. • Conduct or incorporate user research, usability feedback, analytics, and stakeholder insights into design decisions. • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. • Prepare clear, detailed designs and specifications for engineering handoff. • Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure design quality and consistency. • Identify UX issues and opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, conversion, and overall product experience. • Communicate design decisions clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requisitos

• 3–5+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or equivalent experience. • A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world web and/or mobile product design. • Advanced proficiency with Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and reusable design systems. • Strong understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability. • Strong visual design skills with excellent understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and visual consistency. • Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile interfaces. • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries. • Comfortable incorporating user research and usability feedback into design decisions. • Strong understanding of accessibility and user-centered design principles. • Experience collaborating with developers and preparing designs for engineering handoff. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate effectively in a fully remote environment.
