A IMH é a entidade do Groupe IMA que fornece assistência completa para habitação e serviços pós-sinistro em toda a França. Opera atendimento de chamadas de emergência 24/7 e intervenções de resposta rápida para incidentes domésticos (incêndios, danos causados por água, falhas elétricas, serviços de serralheria), oferece perícia de danos remota e estimativa de custos, e gerencia reparos através de uma rede nacional de empreiteiros credenciados. A IMH também opera plataformas digitais para apoiar a estimativa de projetos e ofertas de serviços domésticos pagos, coordena respostas a catástrofes em grande escala e conecta seguradoras, beneficiários e prestadores de serviços através de sua rede de prestadores credenciados.

Descrição

• Implement new payer contracts and contract changes as directed • Cultivate and maintain payer and internal customer relationships • Develop and maintain departmental resources and tools • Assist with payer payment management and reporting • Interpret payer contract terms and payment methodologies for creation, maintenance, and programming of Epic’s financial system and Contract Management tool • Ensure accurate calculation of expected payments based on negotiated contract terms for professional, hospital, and ancillary services • Support contract negotiations by reviewing contract language, developing payment models, modeling proposed contract terms and rates, and making recommendations to department management • Communicate with internal and external parties about rates, terms, rate structures, contract provisions, and disputes • Maintain professional, hospital, and ancillary provider fee schedules in a timely manner • Audit payer claims for system-build accuracy and compliance with contract terms • Investigate systematic payment issues identified by department analyses or leadership

🎯 Requisitos

• Demonstrated experience working in a healthcare or managed care setting • Specific background in complex managed care and government contract modeling, building, and maintenance for providers including health systems, physicians, hospital organizations, and ancillary facilities • Ability to obtain Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing Expected Reimbursement Contract Certifications within three months of hire date and maintain them while in the role • Demonstrated patient accounting experience • Extensive experience with healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including managed care and government payers • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field from an accredited university • Preferred: Epic Resolute Hospital and Professional Billing Expected Reimbursement Contracts certification and experience • Preferred: Experience with revenue cycle, patient accounting, third-party payer contracting, and/or payer contract modeling systems • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM • Ability to meet stated physical requirements, including prolonged sitting or standing, computer and telephone use, equipment handling, and lifting
