Descrição

• Design architectural patterns that ensure high availability and fault tolerance of the product. • Rapidly iterate on prototypes using user feedback and analytics to refine the user experience in collaboration with design and product teams. • Implement features and optimizations in the product that are specifically aimed at fostering growth. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product development objectives. • Mentor junior engineers on best coding practices and lead by writing clean, maintainable code. • Analyze and enhance code efficiency to boost system performance.

🎯 Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field • 7+ years with software development in a growth-focused role • Proficiency in architectural pattern design for high availability and fault tolerance • Ability to assess technical feasibility for growth initiatives • Experience with prototyping tools and rapid iteration techniques • Expertise in developing scalable solutions with innovative technologies • Knowledge with leading development of production-ready code • Proficiency in code optimization for system performance enhancement • Track record in system architecture innovation and product platform development • Successful implementation of high-impact growth strategies in previous roles • History of leading cross-functional teams to align on product development objectives • Documented ability to influence product strategy with an engineering perspective • Experience in resolving complex issues in software development lifecycle
