Descrição

• Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions within the ScriptMed Cloud Platform • Build, configure, and modify systems supporting new customer onboarding and tenant creation • Identify and implement automation opportunities for manual workflows • Translate business and technical requirements into executable work for a distributed engineering team • Handle client data responsibly and maintain data handling, security, and privacy compliance • Collaborate with the stateside systems engineer and stakeholders to gather requirements • Participate in design reviews and deliver well-documented solutions • Bring new ideas and best practices to the team • Adhere to confidentiality, HIPAA, regulatory, and organizational policies • Participate in an on-call rotation for critical issues outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Respond to and resolve issues according to defined SLAs

🎯 Requisitos

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role • C# proficiency required; primary development language • SQL knowledge required, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries • Scripting experience for automation and tooling • Ability to take ownership of projects and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Familiarity with test-driven development practices • Experience with distributed or offshore team structures is a plus • Strong troubleshooting aptitude • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology required • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
