Descrição

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and services built primarily in Go - writing code alongside the team and sharing best practices through your day-to-day work, • Guiding and mentoring a small team of engineers in their day-to-day work and career growth, • Identifying and solving complex technical challenges creatively and effectively, • Nurturing a team culture that fosters collaboration and high performance, • Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics.

🎯 Requisitos

• Previous experience managing or mentoring a small team of engineers, • 5+ years of designing highly scalable and highly available systems, most of it in Go, • You take pride in your engineering practices, • Quality and documentation are not an afterthought for you, • You are a good communicator and fluent in English. • **Bonus points if you have previous mobile experience.**
