• Conduct in-depth analysis and document business needs to develop comprehensive functional specifications. • Improve business operations and streamline technology interactions for enhanced efficiency. • Engage with stakeholders across various functions to ensure the development of integrated solutions. • Maintain accurate project artefacts, including specifications and workflow diagrams, to ensure clear project tracking and communication. • Lead requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement workshops to capture and understand business needs. • Work collaboratively to design solutions that align with and support business goals. • Oversee the creation and execution of test cases to ensure the effectiveness and quality of implemented solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. • 2 years as a Business Analyst, with exposure to e-commerce, fintech, or marketing preferred. • Proficient in Agile, Scrum, business process modelling tools (e.g., Figma), and project management tools (e.g., JIRA). • Exceptional in analysis, organization, and problem-solving. • Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and influence. • Expertise in at least three of the following domains: • E-commerce: Deep knowledge in B2C and B2B sales, inventory management, platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce. • Fintech: Proficient in banking, financial analysis, regulatory compliance (GDPR, PSD2, MiFID II), technologies like blockchain. • HR: Familiar with HRIS, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. • Marketing: Skilled in market research, campaign management, marketing automation. • Data AI: Advanced in ML models, NLP, data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. • Digital Marketing: Strong in social media, email marketing strategies, and tools like Google Analytics. • Information Systems: Knowledgeable in cloud computing, database modelling, backend technologies.
• Full-time work hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday
