Descrição

• Design, develop, test, ship, and maintain features across transaction and labeling platforms • Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in design and code reviews • Design and implement systems within microservice and event-driven architectures • Handle sensitive customer and financial data with care and correctness • Improve transaction data coverage, quality, and usability • Build self-serve tools and high-volume ingestion pipelines for product onboarding and entity labeling • Partner with Compliance, Risk, and product teams to turn regulatory and business requirements into reusable platform capabilities • Participate in on-call, incident response, and postmortems • Use AI-powered tools throughout the development lifecycle to improve velocity and quality • Support engineers through code reviews and technical discussions • Build and operate compliance infrastructure, including unified transaction search and entity labeling/workflow platforms

🎯 Requisitos

• 3+ years of software development or equivalent experience • Experience building and maintaining production software systems • Experience delivering projects or features end-to-end with guidance from more experienced engineers • Full-stack experience across backend services and user interfaces • Ability to identify and fix flaws in complex systems • Ability to clarify partly specified problems • Track record of explaining technical tradeoffs in writing and in person • Demonstrated AI fluency, including experience using AI-powered developer tools and critically evaluating their outputs • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience • Preferred: experience building platforms or self-serve tools for engineering teams • Preferred: experience with search systems, data modeling, or bulk data ingestion at scale • Preferred: experience with sensitive data (PII, PCI) or privacy, security, or regulatory requirements • Preferred: experience integrating LLMs or agents into production workflows • Interest in compliance or financial technology is a plus • Technologies include Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, Java, Kotlin, React, TypeScript, AWS, HTTP, JSON, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, MySQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, Redis, Kafka, microservices, Datadog, Buildkite, Gradle, LLMs, AI agents, Goose, Claude, and MCP
