🎯 Requisitos

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a closely related field is ideal. • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HRIS projects signal fit. • Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential.
