Descrição

• Build and lead Jade Biosciences’ medical affairs function as its pipeline advances through late-stage development and commercialization • Define and execute the medical affairs strategy across JADE101, JADE201, and JADE301, initially emphasizing JADE101 in IgA nephropathy • Serve as a scientific and clinical thought partner to the Chief Medical Officer, clinical development, regulatory, and clinical operations • Establish relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, patient advocacy groups, and professional societies in nephrology and immunology/rheumatology • Lead advisory boards, scientific exchange, and congress strategy • Represent Jade externally as a medical and scientific voice • Direct evidence-generation activities, including real-world evidence and investigator-sponsored studies • Lead publication strategy • Oversee medical communications, publications, and medical information resources • Ensure launch readiness of the medical organization • Ensure medical affairs activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry codes • Partner with clinical operations, regulatory, biometrics, and commercial teams on integrated program strategy

🎯 Requisitos

• MD required • Board certification and/or relevant post-graduate clinical training strongly preferred • 10+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience, with progressive leadership responsibility in medical affairs and/or clinical development • Demonstrated success building or leading medical affairs functions, including field medical teams, in a clinical-stage or commercial organization • Proven ability to engage credibly with key opinion leaders, investigators, and external scientific stakeholders • Strong knowledge of the regulatory, compliance, and legal frameworks governing medical affairs activities • Excellent scientific communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Renal (nephrology) experience — e.g., IgA nephropathy or other glomerular diseases — is a strong plus • Immunology / rheumatology experience and familiarity with B-cell– and autoantibody-driven autoimmune diseases is a strong plus • Experience supporting late-stage development and/or product launch in a rare or specialty autoimmune indication • Familiarity with biologics/monoclonal antibody therapeutics and biomarker-driven development • Periodic travel to team and company events is required • Authorization to work in the United States is verified through I-9 and E-Verify
