Descrição

• Lead and grow a high-performing Sourcing and Procurement team for 10–25 Financial Services client accounts • Manage expectations and team deliverables with S&P leadership, Account leadership, and clients • Manage, mentor, recruit, develop, rotate, and retain Sourcing and Procurement professionals • Drive global S&P program implementation, monitor progress, and manage operational excellence guidelines, account KPIs, and goals • Oversee global sourcing plan development, execution, compliance, and controls • Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement strategies for clients and stakeholders • Ensure sourcing technology tools are leveraged across accounts • Partner with operations on standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes • Develop analytical methods for savings, supplier performance, sourcing effectiveness, and business reporting • Lead client meetings and strategy sessions • Establish relationships with account, operations, finance, legal, and risk-management stakeholders • Develop and lead short- and long-term sourcing strategies and manage supplier performance • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, high-performing team culture

🎯 Requisitos

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired • People management experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred • MBA is a plus • CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification preferred • Excellent PC skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer • Willingness to travel within the U.S. approximately 25% • Ability to work remotely from a home office, including on-site at client locations • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
